Paolo Germiniani is Head of Business Development and Stewardship Portfolio Management at Enel X Way.
He graduated with a degree in business administration from Luigi Bocconi University and began his professional career with a position at Telecom Italia. He went on to gain various experiences in the telecommunications world. Beginning in 2006, he worked for Telecom Italia, first in the Investor Relations Department for Domestic Operations and then later also for International Operations. From 2013 to 2018, he was Head of the Performance Monitoring unit.
In 2018, he served as Head of the Marketing Analysis, Strategic Marketing and Special Projects Department for Open Fiber.
He joined Enel X Way in 2022, heading the Business Development and Stewardship Portfolio Management department and is responsible for strategic marketing and special projects for Enel X Way North America.
